Public Hearing-Amendment to the Zoning & Land Development Ordinance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Council of Pine Ridge, South Carolina, on September 10, 2019, at 6:30pm at the Town Hall, 2757 Fish Hatchery Road, West Columbia, SC 29172.  The Pine Ridge Planning Commission formally recommended an amendment to the Zoning & Land Development Ordinance, Article 10, Division 2, Section 1008.1, 1010.2, 1010.3 and 1010.4, which will be presented to Town Council under Ordinance 2019-29.  Written comments may be submitted.  Copies of the proposed revision of the Pine Ridge Zoning & Land Development Ordinance can be located online at: https://www.townofpineridgesc.com/vertical/sites/%7B60515335-FFBC-49BE-B7A3-DC8577F3BB88%7D/uploads/Ordinance_2019-29.pdf
